Bouncercise: Rebound Away the Pounds

Bouncercise combines the benefits of rebounding, aerobics, and strength training. Muscles that are often ignored through conventional exercises start receiving the benefit of stimulation and circulation. There are many advantages and benefits to using a rebounder. The amount of time you need to spend on a rebounder is not much, ten minutes a day. Yet the potential rewards are great!
